GameDuell Inc., 442 Post Street, 10th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102 (hereinafter referred to as GameDuell) organizes the Happy Hour lottery each day while maintenance work is carried out.
All registered GameDuell users are eligible to participate whether they are Money Players, Practice Players or Fun Players.
No entry fee is incurred for participation in these games.
Participants compete against a fixed score that has been predetermined by GameDuell.
Participants receive a virtual lottery ticket for each game they win. Each ticket is automatically entered into the drawing.
GameDuell employees and their dependants are not permitted to participate in the Happy Hour lottery. Moreover, online participation via "lottery agents" and participation through use of automated lottery bots is also not permitted.
The drawing for a free bonus of G$ 1,000 is held daily.
Winners are drawn from all lottery tickets once per week. Money Players receive the prize winnings as real money on their player accounts. Practice Players and Fun Players receive gaming money on their player accounts. The winners are informed via e-mail when the prize winnings are credited onto their accounts.
The right to a cash reimbursement of the prize winnings is expressly excluded.
The winners of the drawing are chosen randomly. There is no right of appeal.
Participants are informed via e-mail if they have won and the winners' usernames are displayed on a special website.
The participant explicitly agrees to these Requirements for Participation by taking part in the Happy Hour lottery.
These Requirements for Participation are governed solely by German law. If any provision in these Requirements is wholly or partially invalid or inoperable then the validity and operability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of GD GameDuell Inc. apply to the Happy Hour lottery.
